  • What is an Errand Service?

An errand service takes care of all the things you are either too busy to take care of yourself or are simply unable to do. We provide our clients with an option for handling those tasks that seem to eat up many of your daily hours, leaving you more time for you.

  • Who can use an errand service?

Everybody! We can help take care of all the little details and give you the peace of mind of simply knowing everything on your "to-do" actually gets done.

  • Can I set up a monthly or weekly schedule?

Of course. We are happy to sit down with you at any time to discuss how we can best meet your needs. First we will set up an initial free consultation to evaluate your needs as a new client. We can then discuss expectations and you get to see how the process works.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept payments by cash, check or money order. You will be given a detailed invoice of the service, as well as receipts for anything purchased on your behalf. Full payment is due at completion of services, unless other arrangements have been made in advace.

  • How do I arrange for my errand service?

  • Do I have to call ahead to schedule?

A 24 hour notice for errands is preferred in order to best schedule for the needs of all clients. We understand that there may be days when you simply don't know ahead of time what time of service you may need, that's why we will make every effort we can to accommodate same day request.

  • Why when I call your office I sometimes get the answering machine?

Please understand that this business is an "on the road" type of business. Thus realize that if no one answers your call we are out running errands for other clients but know your message is important to us and will be returned as soon as possible. So please leave a message because we would love to service your needs.
